Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

  • Perform full-body massages, utilize hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, prenatal care, and more
  • Opportunities to further your education through our CEU reimbursement program
  • Opportunities to grow (management or Master LMT)
  • Work with like-minded professionals to enhance the client experience

Dual Licensed Practitioner (Esthetics & Massage)

  • The Dual carries both LMT and Licensed Esthetician (LE) licenses
  • Provide an exceptional and effective Spa experience through specialized treatments catering to client needs
  • Perform the following innovative techniques: HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, waxing, and more
  • Perform full-body massages, utilize hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, prenatal care, and more
  • Eligible for a higher continuing education reimbursement through Equinox

Coordinator

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid position—50% manager, 50% licensed practitioner
  • Gain leadership skills and business acumen
  • Grow as a practitioner in tangent with developing your team

Manager

  • Full-time position
  • Lead a department to success
  • Liaise and advocate for your team and your Spa’s clients
  • Work with your team and clients to provide a positive experience for both
  • Growth opportunities within the company

Licensed Esthetician (LE)

  • Provide an exceptional and effective Spa experience through specialized treatments catering to client needs
  • Perform the following innovative techniques: HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, waxing, and more
  • Growth opportunities within the company
  • Contribute to our client’s wellness journey

The Spa department believes in a culture of growth. Most of the senior Spa department leadership, both at the national and regional levels, started as Equinox Spa Practitioners. For Practitioners to excel in our culture, we look for demonstration of key managerial and leadership attributes and behaviors.
