The Equality + Belonging Leadership Council serves as both a resource and advocate in representing our community. The Council serves as mentors, community advisors, and thought leaders to drive continuous improvement of our culture and business. These team members celebrate and protect Equinox's Core Values to encourage the continued success of our teams.
EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
In 2020, Equinox announced its founding leaders of Equality + Belonging’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), voluntary, employee-led whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with an organization’s mission and values. These include: Equinox Black Alliance, EQX Pride, Lead the Way (Veterans), OASIS (Organization of Asians and Indians), Women’s Alliance in Leadership, and ¡Unidos!
