Job Description

Equinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in Paicific Palisades. This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Ability to coach and lead a team
  • Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
  • Professionally greet members and guests
  • Scan membership ID’s
  • Answer phones
  • Update members’ accounts
  • Maintain an orderly lobby area
  • Availability to work opening shifts

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
  • Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports

Pay Transparency: $18.28 per hour
