Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Pilates Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in St. James! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. We are looking for someone to assist the Pilates Manager and/or Regional Pilates Director in building and maintaining the Pilates business.

• 50% of MOD hours should be spent in the club: at the Front Desk, speaking with members, and/or hosting a special event
• Acts as the Pilates point of contact in the club when a Pilates Manager is not present
• Scheduling members’ comp sessions
• Ensures that all session vouchers are pulled
• Maintains the studio’s cleanliness that follows the guidelines of the Daily Cleaning SOP
• Informs the GM/AGM/Pilates Regional of any studio/equipment issues
• Checks that the studio is fully stocked with Pilates forms and office supplies
• Attends monthly meetings with the GM/AGM and Pilates Manager or Regional Pilates Director

Qualifications

• Must be comprehensively certified
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching one to one sessions
• Previous experience in management or leadership role is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be punctual and always in uniform
• Demonstrates time management and organization skills
• Exhibits professionalism and excellent customer service to members and clients
• Proven ability to get their clients in 1-2x per week
