Job DescriptionEquinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in La Costa. This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
- Professionally greet members and guests
- Scan membership ID’s
- Answer phones
- Update members’ accounts
- Maintain an orderly lobby area
- Availability to work opening shifts
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
- Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
