Job Description

Equinox is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Treasury/Capital Market team. As Senior Analyst, you will assist our company with managing the financial and monetary aspects of our business, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with lenders and financial institutions. The Senior Analyst must understand financial markets, economics of the business, and the associated financial risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Finance team works cross functionally to support all aspects of the organization - this individual should be a self-starter who is eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into details and drive decision making through financial analysis. This role reports into our Senior Director of Finance and sits at our headquarters in Hudson Yards. If interested and qualified, please apply directly to the role online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain forecast of the company’s short-term and long-term cash flow levels and needs.
  • Facilitate movement of cash between investment accounts and revolver draw as needed.
  • Ensure adequate liquidity as required by credit agreements.
  • Maintain credit agreement covenant monitoring.
  • Support credit agreement reporting and compliance certificates deliverables.
  • Support monthly and quarterly lender calls.
  • Support Adyen payment platform implementation.
  • Support the quarterly re-forecasting and annual budgeting processes, providing financial support on cash planning.
  • Support the preparation of investor materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics a must.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, corporate finance, FP&A or related field.
  • Mastery of Excel; must possess the ability to build and update complex and dynamic financial models.
  • Proven analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to conduct detailed analyses, tell the story through data, and effectively summarize actionable recommendations.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to proactively manage multiple concurrent workstreams and responsibilities.
  • Results oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay Transparency: Min $95K - Max $105K
