Job Description

The Member Experience Associate ensures an exceptional, hospitality driven experience for all members by providing attentive service, maintaining elevated facility standards, and supporting daily locker room operations. As a key ambassador of our club, this role delivers warm, personalized interactions while upholding a refined, well organized environment throughout the member spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Service & Member Engagement

  • Maintain service delivery aligned with luxury hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction feels polished, attentive, and bespoke.
  • Engage members with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs to enhance the overall experience.
  • Build rapport with members and serve as a trusted resource for questions, requests, and support.
  • Represent the brand’s culture, service ethos, and luxury positioning in every member engagement.

Locker Room Operations & Facility Standards

  • Ensure the Female Locker Rooms are clean, orderly, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Replenish towels, toiletries, amenities, and supplies to maintain a polished presentation that reflects our luxury standards.
  • Maintain an elevated atmosphere by monitoring the cleanliness, scent, and overall readiness of the space.

Member Valet Bag & Belongings Assistance

  • Assist with valet bag service, handling member belongings with care, organization, and discretion.
  • Ensure personal items are stored neatly in lockers or designated areas to promote smooth traffic flow and comfort.

Etiquette & Shared Space Guidance

  • Support positive locker room etiquette by gently reinforcing expectations around shared spaces.
  • Address minor issues with tact and professionalism to maintain harmony and comfort for all members.

Maintenance & Operational Coordination

  • Proactively identify facility needs and notify the Maintenance team when areas require immediate attention.
  • Communicate issues clearly and follow up to help ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Hospitality teams to support efficient daily execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness clubs, or member based environments preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, polished demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining refined environments.
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced surroundings with calmness and professionalism.
  • Demonstrates discretion and good judgment when handling personal items and sensitive interactions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs (supplies, towels, member bags).


Pay Transparency: $20-22 hourly based on experience
