Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing & CRM, this leader will partner closely with growth marketing, CRM, product, data engineering, and executive teams to ensure analytics informs our marketing strategy at every level. The Director will champion a culture of test-and-learn, build and coach a lean team of high-performing analysts, and lead the adoption of advanced methodologies including attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and predictive analytics.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in marketing measurement, data storytelling, and executive-level communication, with a proven track record of driving impact through analytics in a multi-channel marketing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the marketing analytics function across paid media, CRM, website, and retail channels, ensuring consistent measurement frameworks and actionable insights.

  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure clean, accurate, and timely data pipelines from Martech platforms, CDPs, and data warehouses.

  • Develop testing strategies (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to evaluate campaign impact and optimize performance.

  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using data storytelling to influence strategy and decision-making.

  • Oversee advanced analytics projects including predictive modeling, customer lifetime value forecasting, churn analysis, and member segmentation.

  • Partner with business intelligence and strategy teams to create marketing forecasts, budget models, and performance projections.

  • Manage external vendor and platform relationships (analytics tools, MMM partners, data providers) and evaluate new technologies.

  • Experienced in building and leading small, high-performing teams, fostering curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the insights they need.

  • Ensure compliance with evolving data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing data collection and usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics), visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and SQL/Python/R for data analysis.

  • Strong experience with attribution methodologies, media mix modeling, and advanced statistical techniques.

  • Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through data storytelling and strategic insights.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and scaling analytics teams.

  • A highly analytical mindset with strong business acumen and ability to balance rigor with actionable recommendations.
