Job Description

Equinox is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CFO, President of Global Development, SVP – Architecture and VP, People Services.


  • Heavy calendar management for four executives and other members of the executive team when needed
  • Perform complex and confidential assistant functions including developing and typing written correspondence; preparing PowerPoint presentations, responding to routine external correspondence; typing memos, purchasing requisitions, payment requests and other department forms, documents and communications
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Prepare expense reports through Concur
  • Coordinate and execute internal events when/if needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
  • Perform special projects as assigned


  • Experience supporting multiple senior level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting system preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Experience executing ad hoc projects

Pay Transparency: Min $90,000 - Max $105,000
