Job DescriptionEquinox is hiring a Coordinator, App to join our growing CRM & Member Marketing team. You will be responsible for all marketing campaign deployments within our mobile app. This includes ad hoc, automations, triggers, and journeys across push notification, in-app message, and content card channels. Campaigns will be built, QA’d, and deployed on time, accurately, and following all best practices for the deployment channel(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a consulting / freelance role totaling 20 hours per week
Build all app campaigns in Braze across push notifications, in-app messages, and canvases (journeys).
Responsible for reporting + recommendations for all app campaigns deployed. These should be provided to campaign owners and cross functional partners in a timely manner.
Aid the Assistant Manager, Marketing Platforms & App in data cleanup on our platforms
Create deeplinks in Branch when needed for various campaigns in app our in outside channels (ie. email) and provide any engagement reports for those links
Qualifications
- At least one year of marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry or a start up
Experience with Braze (or similar platform) preferred
Liquid / Jinja experience a plus
SQL experience a plus
Requires strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and drive efficiencies
An eye for detail is key
Must be able to problem solve and work with cross-functional partners to find solutions
Understand how to properly prioritize and navigate competing priorities
BA required
